Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephonic interviews and initial assessments.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
• Achieve hiring targets within specified timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
